- "Spray a Carpet or Rug". A toxic foam causes people to gorily decay when it hits sunlight, ending with Tom being arrested for being the one who sprayed it in the first place. He hangs himself in prison, leading him to meet the Mayor in the afterlife... And he's in Hell.
- The Mayor: Sorry, buddy...
- And then there's the last few seconds. Wayne Skylar trying to interview a diseased and dying Jan, when one of her hands falls off, spraying blood everywhere.
- Joy asks Tom to take the kids to Bass Fest.
- Joy: Grrrrrrrrrrrrr...GET THEM TO BASS FEST NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
- Quite literally the last second of "Bird Sanctuary." A bird-like creature comes out of nowhere and makes a jarring, horrifying noise. Cue credits.
- The Mayor's increasingly erratic behavior during the ballooning contest in "Boy Meets Mayor."
- The lingering shots of the eyeless kids from "Glass Eyes."
- Both “Vice Mayor” and “Jeffy the Sea Serpent" end with Tom presumably trapped forever. At least in the former he has hot dogs instead of foam insulation to eat.
- Tom's complete disintegration into grief-driven insanity after his son Brindon dies in "Puddins." The whole thing is played absolutely serious and not for laughs.
