• If Phoebe went back to her old school in this series, why didn't Arnold get home schooled? Especially considering he would keep saying "I knew I should've stayed home today!", so Phoebe going back to her old school would've made more sense if Arnold got home schooled.
  • Hilariously, in the first episode, Professor Frizzle actually brings up his catchphrase when he calls her at the end of the first episode. Clearly, even she noticed.
  • Although Arnold complains about certain aspects, he probably enjoys the field trips a lot more than he lets on, and doesn't want to miss out on the field trips entirely.
• In "Pigs in the Wind", we can see that Keesha has 2 mothers. What happened to Keesha's grandmother? Did Keesha's mother regain custody to her daughter? Did Keesha's grandma die sometime between the old series and this series?
  • Sometimes children live with other relatives during their parents' divorce proceedings, until a final custody arrangement is made. Maybe Keesha's mother and father had only just divorced during the first series, and she only stayed temporarily with her grandmother until her mother and new stepmother were officially granted custody.
