• Elise states that everything Bill has done has been legal "as far as he knows" and that it's "all about angles". Does that mean that she lied about Phoebe being underage?
  • Not necessarily. If it comes out that Bill was with a seventeen-year-old, he might escape criminal charges, but he certainly risks Convicted by Public Opinion.
• Not to mention she was going to be an actress. How would she get a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) card that says she's 21?
  • Would Bill have seen her SAG card to begin with? Other actors have lied about their ages.
• Just in general, Phoebe had to have known it was illegal for Bill to sleep with her if she was seventeen, otherwise why would she keep it from him? However, why would she just spill the beans to Elise after one meeting? Maybe it was by accident, but if so its a shame we missed out on the potential Oh, Crap! reaction from Phoebe when she realizes she slipped up.
