* Just in general, Phoebe had to have known it was illegal for Bill to sleep with her if she was seventeen, otherwise why would she keep it from him? However, why would she just spill the beans to Elise after one meeting? Maybe it was by accident, but if so its a shame we missed out on the potential OhCrap reaction from Phoebe when she realizes she slipped up.
