But for what reason? Why is the kidnapper keeping them locked up? The reports, and the kidnapper himself, state that physical harm was never done - so let's assume that rape or beating them never came into play. What's the point of kidnapping these women? None of them are stated to have had anything to do with the kidnapper personally with the exception of Nicole, especially if she's on Jeff's route. They don't seem to have done anything to the kidnapper, so revenge is not a motive. Regardless of Nicole's relationship with the kidnapper, it doesn't seem to be spurned love. And he doesn't gain anything from kidnapping them. What's the motive?!
In Jeff's route he states that he wanted to test the effects of his love potion. If they still liked him after being held against their will for three days then the potion could be considered a success.
