• So, they somehow got PharaohMan confined to that one chip. Good. However, why did they put that chip in storage from where he could possibly escape instead of going into a Faraday Cage with the chip and pounding it into dust with a sledgehammer?
  • According to the Mega Man Wiki, PharaohMan had some importance to serve when he was first created monitoring and guiding the flow of network data until he was infected by a virus, hence why he needed to be sealed in that chip. Infected or not, the humans thought he was too valuable to be deleted and were probably hoping to cure his infection someday.
