• I get the world has been devastated by the Ulysses disaster, but how does USEA form so freaking quickly, especially for a nation of it's size? They own territories belonging to many countries which would never allow USEA to form without some mass infiltration or perhaps by using some form of Mass Hypnosis like the PRC, India, and large sections of Russia.
