• When they first meet, Mr. Bubis immediately calls Benno von Archimboldi out over his weird name.
• The editors at the Bubis's publishing house frequently get together over drinks to compare and ridicule their clients' mistakes.
• It takes Archimboldi a while to find someone who owns a typewriter who also don't know he's Hans Reiter, but Mr. Bubis eventually gives him a fancy one as a gift to further cement their business relationship. Archimboldi is surprised and thankful, and keeps it for decades...until he learns how to use a computer. Then he throws the typewriter off a cliff.
