• In "Lost and Hound," Erica's dog Angel is kidnapped. They find the home of the kidnappers and Erica discovers some of Angel's fur in a dishwasher box and is aghast because Angel hates dishwashers. Xavier points out that based on all the dirty dishes and takeout containers piled around, the kidnappers must hate dishwashers too. He suggests that's why the wanted her.
  Scott Turner: You think they took a dog to put a dog in a dishwasher box 'cause they hate dishwashers? Okay, we'll file that under the dishwasher theory.
  Erica: I like that theory. These are clearly not dog people.
• In "Hooch Machina," Scott chooses to give up Hooch to his sister and no longer work with him. As he then drives to work, he keeps getting songs on the radio with lyrics like "How could you give up on me?" and grows annoyed and keeps switching the station. Even during this, though, you can see him tapping his finger with the beat of the last song, caught up in it despite himself, before turning off the radio.
