• After Snow promises evacuating Capitol citizens safety in his mansion until "his dying breath":
  Cressida: Wish he'd hurry up with that last part.
• President Snow, sleeping on his desk after his address to Panem was hijacked by President Coin, in a pose that screams "FML" or defeat.
  • Related to that: the fact that President Coin was using some of the same rhetoric in her address that Snow was using in his. More specifically, his annoyance at her paraphrasing him rather than quoting directly.
  Coin: (about Katniss) A face picked from the crowd, he called her.
  Snow: (annoyed) "Plucked."
• Plutarch's increasingly bemused/amused reactions to Coin's words and overblown speeches are pretty funny to watch.
• A bit of a dark Brick Joke, but after referring to the battle as the 76th Hunger Games, Finnick can't help but laugh at the irony that at night, the Game Makers make a tribute to all the fallen rebels just like they did for the Hunger Games participants.
