The Room

The Running Gag of Kai stepping on twigs, climbing over logs and rocks and falling over.
This exchange:
Adam: (To Mira) We should probably go before Kai realizes he's all alone up there.
Kai: (shouting) Hey! I'm all alone up here! Where are you guys?

Kai criticizing Adam distracting Toros:
Adam: Hey, Buttercup!
Kai: Buttercup?
Adam: It’s the only cow name I could think of.
Kai: Betsy, Daisy, Angus, Clarabelle-
Mira: Kai! Adam!
Kai: Those are terrible cow names.
Kai slurping his soup, even after it’s brought to light that it’s been cooked with bones.
During their escape from the witches, we get this gem:
Kai: No! Don’t run towards the light. That’s what happens right before you die!

Mira acting delirious in the desert, trying to find Garry the Burping Monkey.
War’s Pokémon Speak in varying levels of emotion.
Kai suggesting that Death’s scones are poisoned, only to keep eating them because they’re delicious.
Famine makes a good point regarding Death and Mister Jeepers:
Famine: You’d think Death would be used to death by now.
Famine trying to eat the scones, only to pass through him undigested.
- Promptly after, one of the horses eats said scone.

After the gang and Weirdy disappears, the Cyclops is ecstatic about the fixed lighthouse so much that he happily stomps on the ground while laughing, and what is the result of that happening? Another broken light.
Cyclops: Wow. Me really dumb.

Akuma comes in on a palanquin for the duel. One of his bearers is much shorter than the other three-making the palanquin lopsided, but they’re all stone faced from the time they enter and set Akuma down.

At the theme park, Kai struggles with his attempts to fly with his newfound fire power. He crashes right into a "Pin the tail on the donkey" board, and he's stuck in it, right in the donkey's behind. Kai's facial expressions are hilarious. But the donkey's facial expression is even more hilarious, and very fitting for this situation.

Season 2

Adam, Mira and Kai are all confronted by some personal nightmare of theirs. For Adam, it's a group of kids who bullied him when he was younger (who still look the same age as then). For Mira, it's a Creepy Doll her grandmother had. For Kai, it's... a gargantuan chicken named Mabel.

Adam and Mira driving by a glitch in whatever they're trapped in, in the form of a woman stuck walking into a lamp post.
Adam goes back home for the night and is asked by his mother to clean his room. He does so enthusiastically... because he thinks it's another mission in the game he has to complete.
Adam and Kai distract a security guard, Darla, as they sneak into the game version of Hollow Games by starting a small fire in a garbage dumpster. The guard isn't too happy about this, because her ex-boyfriend is a local fireman:
Darla: [on the phone] Hey, Steve. There's a fire- [gets cut off]. No, it's not "in my heart". It's in a dumpster, LIKE OUR RELATIONSHIP!!!
When Adam finally tells Kai that he's gay, Kai's reaction is to just pout and mutter how no one ever tells him stuff.
