Visual Novel
- Daru tries to get revenge on Suzuha for pranking him by pressing a cold can of Dr. P onto her neck as she's dozing off, causing her to instinctively take him down and put him in an arm lock. When she says, "Geez, Dad, be more careful. I could have killed you," she wasn't horrified at what she'd nearly done, she was annoyed.
- The entire sequence wherein Faris calls Okabe and Mayuri to help clean her condo after Maho and Moeka turn the guest room into "a palace of junk" and the mere sight of it has robbed Kuroki of all of his strength. Okabe recruits everyone he can find while Mayuri requests the help of "Sergeant Clean," who ends up being Drill Sergeant Nae, who treats any kind of cleaning job as Serious Business taken up to eleven.
- The rebirth of Hououin Kyouma in the Promised Rinascimento route - particularly Maho, Kagari, and Suzuha's confused reactions to it, paired with possibly the funniest "El Psy Kongroo" in the series.Okabe: Please don't look at me that way. I'm embarrassed too.
- Any time Daru refers to Maho as "legal loli".
- Suzuha's less-than-thrilled look
◊ to be dressed up as a shrine maiden. - The fact that even Amadeus!Kurisu is embarrassed about being an @channeler.
- Okabe trying to bait Maho to see if she is also an @channeler.
- "How come Okarin gets all the chicks?! Blow up and die!"
- Any time Daru and Yuki's date is interrupted in any route, complete with his verbal discomfort at being caught in such a situation by his friends in public.
- Okabe musing on the similarities and differences between Kurisu and Kagari, saying that while they look nearly identical, there are noted differences between them, one in particular...
Anime
- At the Christmas Party, Leskinen says that Okabe is lucky to have a lab full of beautiful girls. He singles out Luka, who he thinks is a woman, and calls him sexy. Okabe with a deadpan expression informs Leskinen that Luka is actually a guy.
- Nae asks what grade level Maho is in. Usually, Maho would be furious to be mistaken as a grade schooler, but she awkwardly explains that she is already an adult despite her stature.
- Everything about Daru's confession to Yuki. Special mention goes to Suzuha, who pushed Daru into dating Yuki by saying that her existence would be at risk, and producing a photo that showed her slowly fading away. It's a situation straight out of Back to the Future, and Daru nearly says the title out loud before Suzuha cuts him off. It's obviously a ruse, given how time travel works in this story. But the fact that Daru fell for it - and that Suzuha somehow knows about Back to the Future - is hilarious.
- Okabe's priceless reaction when he realizes what he got during the Xmas present exchange : a red lingerie dress.
- Leskinen waving and smiling to Okabe like a manchild after his trademark 'Lintahlo'. Made funnier when you see Maho next to him, who is hiding her face in embarrassment because of her professor's demeanor in public.
- Okabe, after time leaping literally thousands of times to go back to 2011 from 2036 and have another chance at saving Suzuha and Mayuri from dying, promptly shows up at the lab distressed, and immediately asks Daru and Suzuha to punch him for all the pent-up rage they may have amassed towards him. After a brief hesitation, Daru complies, completely knocking Okabe to the floor so hard that he rolls... Only for Okabe to start laughing hysterically and get up, revealing to Daru and a very confused Maho that Hououin Kyouma is back in action. Also doubles as a Moment of Awesome considering the amount of determination it took for him to even get to that point in the first place.
- The whole time, Maho is completely weirded out by Okabe's abrupt 180 in his personality, while Daru is fanboying over Kyouma being back.
