• Zhang Xiao complains that if she has to stay in the palace she'll grow mould. Qiao Hui thinks she's serious and asks if people can grow mould.
  Zhang Xiao: Can't you see all the mould on me? [holds her arms out and hops in a circle while Qiao Hui looks confused]
• Zhang Xiao discovers the differences between historical and modern clothes.
  Zhang Xiao: How many layers of clothes have I put on?
  Qiao Hui: Only six.
  Zhang Xiao: Six?
  • Then Qiao Hui realises she left out a layer. Zhang Xiao is horrified at the thought of having to wear even more clothes.
• Zhang Xiao offers to read a letter for Ruo Lan. Then she discovers she can't read the author's handwriting.
• Yin Ti asks for Zhang Xiao's help to see Yin Si secretly. She has an idea: he should dress up as a woman! Yin Ti doesn't appreciate this suggestion. Instead he disguises himself as a Mongolian and wears an obviously-fake moustache.
