• One of the main Running Gag in which Rita meets a hot guy, instantly falls for him, tries to get to know him better, and then impulsively kills him after he doesn't meet her absurdly high standards. You would think it gets old, but it's remixed enough to constantly stay fresh.
  • In chapter 4, they set up the gag with the assassin who kidnapped Doug... only for him to be revealed as a massive Gonk, at which point Rita kills him without even a conversation.
  • In chapter 13, Rita runs into a whole squad of hot guy assassins. Cue a spread of Rita quickly killing all of them based on their preferences. Special points go to one saying that his favorite movie is "live-action adaptation of-" and another saying his favorite game is "That hentai game called-".
• Another Running Gag is that whenever romance pop up among the cast, another character, typically Luke, will flatly remark "Nice."
• In chapter 48 one of the maid assassins, Cathy, is so taken aback by Luke's sexiness that she tries to indulge him with his passion for shoujo manga stories about pure love. Cue a ramble that goes on for six pages. The cherry on top, however, is that partway through his monologue it cuts to the cast of the series interacting in a school setting while drawn in a shoujo manga style.
