- Blake stumbling over his Bond One-Liner as he assassinates a target, then settling for blurting out "I knew you had rocks!" as he shoots the man dead.
- The Wilhelm Scream that's heard while Sanaa shoots a bunch of soldiers dead in her introductory scene.
- Sanaa then addresses the camera crew, saying she has to dissolve the bodies in acid and asking them if they want to stay or go right before shooting a Not Quite Dead guy without looking behind her.
- Blake tells the camera crew he's going to succeed in killing Gunther because he's put together an unstoppable crew. Cut to Donnie locked out of his childhood home, then reaching for a spare key, only to find that "Those are spiders!"
- Rahmat expressing enthusiastic glee over his daughter Sanaa's skills, wearing a green t-shirt with the words "Sanaa's #1 Fan," turning to the camera and jubilantly going "Representing! Representing!", and asking his daughter for a high five. Also kind of heartwarming.
- Gabe spilling water on his keyboard right after he states during his confessional that there's no system he can't crack.
- Blake being interrupted by Gabe drinking water from a fountain.
- "Why the fuck do we have a camera crew?!"
- Yong aggressively rushing at the camera crew until Blake stops him and assures him they're with them.
- Gunther killed Yong's pet snake Mr. Slick, leaving a message in blood saying: "Sorry! Knot!"
- The fact that Yong is terrified of blood despite being an assassin, punctuated by him gagging and farting as he tries to say the word "blood."
- Blake's message to his ex-wife Lisa in which he tearfully professes his love for her.
- Blake denying it sounds like him.
- Gunther sending the assassins running from exploding cars.
- Blake and his crew then stand and wait as more explosions are heard in the distance before stopping. When Donnie states he thinks they're done, the wall behind them explodes.
- After catching Sanaa and Donnie in bed together, Rahmat chases after Donnie with a handgun and tries to fire at him.
- He also yells that he "found that pig on top of my angel", and Sanaa yells back that actually she was on top, then seemingly immediately regrets it.
- Rahmat chasing after Donnie with a machete.
- Sanaa chases after him, then stops to apologize to Blake.
- Gunther, in general, once we finally met him. The guy is the very definition of Laughably Evil.
- After confronting Blake and his crew when they break into his house, Gunther cordially welcomes them, then asks how they like it so far ("Isn't it cool?").
- His deciding to film his own documentary about Blake's documentary.
- "Did they just blow up my assistant and my driver? Those fucking dick-holes."
- The Aside Glance he gives to the camera filming him as he calls the FBI.Gunther: Hello? FBI? I would like to report a hit man. [winks]
- There's something gut-bustingly funny about hearing Arnold Schwarzenegger go "B-b-bup!" to cut off Blake.
- As Gunther serves them cappuccino in his kitchen, Blake, Sanaa, and Donnie, all of whom are seated on stools, have their guns trained on him. And Gunther has his own gun pointed at them.
- Gunther's amusement at Blake's crew hating him.
- An example that crosses over with Squick: Gunther revealing that he disguised himself as the hot blonde that Blake slept with. After taking off his mask, he reveals that Blake is a horrible kisser.
- On finding this out, Blake grabs his cappuccino and downs it, only to spit it back out on account of how hot it is, causing Gunther to quip "I told you it was hot."
- Gunther congratulating Donnie and Sanaa on their baby, then saying that "Gunther" is a wonderful name for a boy.
- After shooting Blake when he tries to attack him, Gunther goes "What a fucking idiot!" and gripes about how he's going to finish his documentary ("How am I gonna finish my fucking documentary now?").
- Gunther and Blake's fight, especially the part where Gunther punches Blake in the face and jovially urges him to "Kill me!"
- Gunther pulling a Stealth Hi/Bye on Blake.
- Blake lamenting about an escaped Gunther: "He got to the chopper."
- A retired Gunther enthusiastically coaching a girl's field hockey team.
- Gunther singing ("I’m coming for you, Brad Paisley!").
- "Shit, he's good." Blake's last words right before Gunther's bomb goes off.
- The Reveal at the end that Gunther survived Blake's last attempt to kill him, as well as him smugly looking at the camera.
