Funny / Days Gone

• While it takes place during a serious flashback, Deacon's expression and reaction to Sarah's oblivious wondering of where some government agents went (read: they're dead) is bound to elicit a chuckle or two.
• The first time you see Boozer after his arm is amputated, the scene starts off solemn: Deacon asks how he's doing, and Boozer responds:
  Boozer: Huh... Well, I don't know about you, Deac, but... (raises what's left of his arm) I could use a hand.
  • Afterwards, he does it again: He sets up like he's about to ask Addy a serious question, and then finishes with "Will I be able to play piano after this?"
  • During one radio check-in, Deacon will ask Boozer how his arm is doing.
  Boozer: "It's about 50% there."
  • It continues! When Deacon asks Boozer to tag along to a NERO infiltration, after having been assigned farm duty.
  Boozer: (if Skizzo asks) "I'll tell him you twisted my arm."
• Rikki builds Boozer a prosthetic hook to give him some functionality. Deacon suggests that she make a prosthetic blade for him.
  Rikki: You want me to weaponize Boozer?
  • Eventually Rikki does build a prosthetic blade for him, and Boozer enthusiastically starts jabbing the knife a little too closely and recklessly near Deacon and Rikki, the latter of whom starts to regret what she's built.
• The flashback to Deacon and Sarah's biker wedding, with Boozer being the only person in the audience and the pastor being incredibly nervous through the whole thing. If you visit the Church before you burn it down, Deacon will even comment on how terrified the pastor was.
• Post-amputation Boozer beating the crap out of Deacon during one mission without Deacon even laying a finger on him in return. A guy who can take out hundreds of Freakers and dozens of Marauders and heavily-armed Militiamen is easily beat down by another guy who has only one arm.
  Deacon: Fuckin' shameful.
