• Most of the reactions whenever a human wakes up after being turned into a Pokemon. Funniest reaction probably goes to Jayce.
  Jayce: "Nao, I’m small and adorable!"
• Gene reassuring the Ponies that Fang is harmless. Fang's reaction? Bares his teeth and growls. Now, keep in mind that Fang is a Houndoom, and thus looks like a generic Hellhound, so the Ponies understandably back away.
• Rock Soup meeting Geodude in "Pokemon, A 'New' Frontier". A Crash-Into Hello due to Rock Soup having the bad luck of standing in the exact spot where Geodude, who had just jumped off a cliff back on Earth, is transferred to Equestria. To quote the chapter: "The moment was one for instant replay".
• A lot of Rock Soup's antics due to being a Cloud Cuckoo Lander fall under this.
• Officer Jenny's reaction when Nao accidentally blows up her bike.
• Some of Nick's antics in "The City is Always Bustling On The Other Side" can be quite amusing.
• A small example is Hard Proof/Paranoia's reaction when Twilight arrests him on accounts of assault and disruption of Peace. It basically boils down to this:
  Twilight: (Angrily) Hard Proof. You’re under arrest for assault and disturbing the peace.
  Paranoia: (Moans/deadpans) Again?
• Despite being a group of beings with incredible, borderline reality altering, powers, the Legendaries prove to be quite amusing, especially their antics dealing with one another at times.
  • Heatran's attempt to make a personal pool out of an active volcano is especially amusing.
• Seth's attempt as using Electric attacks, leading to this:
  Seth:"I am a mighty Thunder Cat! Thunder HOOOOO!!"
• The Cutie Mark Crusaders' first attempts at Pokemon battling: Scootaloo's Charmander vs Voltorb, Apple Bloom's Bulbasaur vs Gloom, Sweetie Belle's Squirtle vs Jigglypuff. Each match-up ends about how you'd expect.
• Swarms Omake chapter is this, featuring Stacker Pentecost's speech.
  Pentecost: "Today, we are canceling the apocalypse!"
  Apocalypse: "WHY DOES EVERYONE WANT TO CANCEL ME?" (runs away)
  X: "Really Pentecost? Really?" (Leaves) "Wait for me Apocalypse! He wasn't talking about you!"
  Pentecost: "What the hell was that?"
• Apocalypse shutting up Sev's preaching at the world summit. By putting him in his mouth.
• Volt riding around on Flubber who had transformed into a tiny motorbike, gangsta style.
  Volt: "They see me rollin'"
• During Naruto's interrogation:
  Silver Heart: "Emperor, if I can make a suggestion..."
  Carapace: "We are not building a tank."
• X and Naruto's reaction to learning that Belle is pregnant with Gene's child. Made even funnier when the guards they run past agree to not think about it
• The Rocket Trio doing a funny parody of their constant 'blasting off' as an opening act for their circus troupe.
• Shredder angrily states that Checkmate is too honorable to break into a palace just to have an audience. Cue the scene changing to show Weiss saying that in order to get an audience with Celestia, they have to...break into the palace.
• Chapter 45 of the main story had several crowners (a not just funny)
  • Hoopa's gift to the wedded couple was a book. Gene's responce when he looks at the title?
  Gene: What the heck is a Poke Sutra?
  • When ShadowFox is gifting their gift:
  Gene: Well, we're thankful it was just Blueblood...and that Rarity was there.
  X: Thank god for small miracles, am I right?
  Arceus: (from across the room) You're welcome!
  X ...moving on!
  • The equivalent chapter from A Brave New World has Ignis, never one to resist a challenge, wanting to battle Gene in his Mega form, earning a facepaw from Selena. Later.
  Ignis: Man, and I still didn’t get to fight that Gallade... I’m goin’ to bed.
  Christine: Fight a Gallade?
  Selena: A Gallade at the wedding, the groom actually.
  Christine: He wanted to fight the groom?... At his own wedding?
  Selena: It’s Ignis.
• Misty and Latias fighting over Ash after declaring their love for him at the same time. It leads to a painful tug-of-war, which Pikachu breaks up with a Thunderbolt.
  • And then, after Ash tries to reject each of them to avoid hurting the other, Misty and Latias decide they'd rather share him, trapping him in a hug.
• Chapter 28 of A Brave New World, gives us an extra scene at the end featuring Total Control in prison. And his reaction to learning that Fox just did his greatest accomplishment, only MUCH better. He was NOT happy.
• In A New Ranger, Axle practicing Roar with Iris.
  Axle: THEY THINK THEY CAN HURT US?! THEY THINK THEY CAN MAKE US TREMBLE?! AHAHAHAAH! IT SHALL BE THEY WHO TREMBLE!
  Iris: Uh huh. You know the idea is to try not to attack them?
  Axle: OUR ATTEMPTS TO NOT ATTACK THEM SHALL MOVE THE VERY EARTH! THEY WILL NEVER HAVE BEEN PASSIVE AGREESSIVELY ROARED AT IN SUCH A MANNER!
  Iris: You know, my whole thing back on Earth was calming Dragons. I wonder if it would work on you.
  Axle: You wouldn't.
  Iris: Wouldn't I?
  Axle: YOU LOVE ME FOR MY BOISTEROUS EXCLAMATIONS OF GRANDEUR AND SCOPE! WITHOUT THEM OUR PASSION WOULD DISSIPATE INTO THE GROUND LIKE RAIN AFTER A STORM!
  Iris: Have you ever considered taking up poetry? Admittedly it would be very loud poetry, but still.
  Axle: Huh... I had not thought of putting my verbal skills to THAT kind of test. AHAHAHAAH! THANK YOU IRIS! ONCE THIS MATTER IS DEALT WITH AND I HAVE MADE YOU MY MATE I SHALL BECOME A POET OF SUCH MAGNITUDE THAT I BLOT OUT THE SUN WITH MY SHEER EGOOOOOO!
  Iris: Wait... what did you just say?
  Axle: That I would become a poet worthy of legends! THERE WILL BE BALLADS THAT SPEAK OF ME!
  Iris: The only thing that'll speak of you is a damage report.
• The Humiliation Conga that Extra Layer goes through, courtesy of Scep and Rascal. It involves slipping on banana peels, landing in a pile of water balloons (except there's meaty mush inside instead of water), chased by dogs attracted to the meaty smell, is forced to jump through flaming hoops to escape them (and catching his mane on fire in the process), landing in a dumpster, getting used as a scratching post by the cats living there and finally getting squashed by a large metal bell.
• Main story, chapter 31. After Blaziken manages to protect Spike from having to battle the Dragon Club, he explains his backstory to Spike. It ends in the best possible way.
  • And then he teases Blaziken's and May's relationship status.
