Fridge Brilliance

  • In Beyond The Mind's Eye, a fish jumps about one foot out of the water, then stays in the air for about three seconds. At first it's easy to dismiss this as trivial, given how abstract the series as a whole is. Later, it's revealed to be a nature biome on the moon, which would explain why it looked like low gravity. This easily makes it the most grounded segment in the series.

Fridge Horror

  • In Odyssey Into The Mind's Eye, Richard Strange's character is shown to be Crazy-Prepared with several traps for the block. The block smashes through all of them. Was the block a superweapon made by Richard Strange's character? That would justify the need for so many roadblocks.

Fridge Logic

  • In The Mind's Eye segment "Love Found" shows a sphere with fish and birds segregated by a sheet of ice. It seems that fish swim in water and birds fly in air.note  But when Stanley breaks the ice, it's revealed to be one substance. Fish are also swimming alongside birds. What is this substance they're in? Either birds are flying in water, fish are swimming in air, or there's some other substance. It can't be a vacuum, or else no animal could propel themselves in it using wings or fins. On another note, the ending appears to show Stanley with Stationary Wings, in the one time the trope is played straight in the clip.
  • In Beyond segment "Too Far", there is a family of faceless eyes that are watching TV. One of them is a dog eye that can enjoy a bone without a mouth. Maybe the eye has a bone so the audience knows it's a dog eye?
