  • It seems odd that the Dominion would abduct Ishka, who is, relatively speaking, an unimportant female. But, considering how good the Founders are at gathering intel, it shouldn't be any surprise they would recognize that Ishka was the true power behind the throne. It also would be easier to keep secret the kidnapping of "some random female" instead of the leader of one of the major powers of the alpha quadrant.
  • Yelgrun's seemingly offhand reference that "I thought the Breen were annoying" can be seen in hindsight to be foreshadowing of the Breen joining the Dominion in the following season.
