The scene at the end just seems like a naughty little joke, but the implications of the entire scene, from Mr. Cat rubbing his groin against Kaeloo's to the honking sound effect that played once the lights went out were rather unfortunate. In other words an attempt at rape had just been shown on-screen. Granted, the fact that she can transform into a hulking monster and beat the stuffing out of him lessens the impact, but it is more the idea that Mr. Cat might not be above raping his friend which is truly frightening.
It's pretty clear that Mr. Cat is probably going to become an Abusive Parent if he ever has children.
Mr. Cat is eager to punish the "kids" by putting them through horrible abuse including punching them, roundhouse kicking them in the face, insulting them, and whacking them with mallets, claiming that it's just discipline, and when Kaeloo objects, he accuses her of being "too gentle". It eventually gets so bad the "kids" decide to run away, and Mr. Cat genuinely doesn't seem to care about their departure. What do we know about Mr. Cat's past? He was born into a family which was so abusive he decided to run away. What if his act in this episode reflects his actual life at home?
