Fridge Brilliance:

  • For anyone that hasn't watched the full story, it might be a bit shocking to see that the ghosts in Origins are willing to attack and murder the past Wario, since Wario is their friend. However it was stated that the spirits are angry and wrathful, willing to kill anyone that resembles their killer. Their killer, who was dressed in a costume, resembling a certain greedy man..
  • I've noticed that many of the ghosts actions don't make a lot of sense. Why are physical doors somehow able to prevent ghosts from reaching you? Why do the ghosts in the 2nd game leave when you hide in the backroom, but follow you and kill you if the lights are out? How come many of their mechanics in FNAW 3 contradict each other (example: they won't go into a dark room if you're hiding in Living Room 4, however any other time you're hiding in a dark room, they'll enter with no problem). However when you consider that they feed off of fear and that the curse itself grows stronger from tormenting people, it's entirely possible that the ghosts this entire time are only playing around and they could realistically kill you at any moment if they wished to.

Fridge Horror:

  • Nothing is stopping the spirits from exiting any of the buildings they inhabit and they can freely roam outside if they desire. It's more than likely at least one unfortunate person has run into the group of murderous ghosts at some point, and got viciously killed.
  • So Donkey Kong appears as a hallucination in Night 3 of the third game due to Edward taking the pills in the Bathroom, however the words of the phone guy state that due to being in a haunted mansion, these pills made Edward visualize something purely evil. So even if the Donkey Kong we see in the game is just a hallucination, the wording here implies that somewhere in the FNAW universe Donkey Kong DOES exist and that he might be more evil than Emma.
  • As mentioned by Word of God, Thomas Taylor ended up getting transported away after trying to investigate the old Fast Food Factory. According to wwwWario, Thomas was an Irishman and older than Richard McRoy. In Five Shows at Wario's, when you choose to do The Exit, the voice of an older man with an Irish accent will talk to you, giving you advice about the house and the entities that reside in it as he's also in the same predicament. There's a good chance that man was Thomas Taylor, and considering that we never hear his voice again nor does he make an appearance in Endgame Quest, it's likely that he got caught by VIRUS and suffered a horrible fate..
  • All it takes for the ghosts to forgive their killer and end their vengeance is for Bruno to apologize to them. While that's very nice, just imagine if Bruno wasn't a sympathetic villain and he was a real unapologetic monster like a certain purple man. The spirits would've never been put to rest and they would still be out murdering people.
  • VIRUS' Daisy disguise is seemingly pretty random as it appears to only be half of her, and one has to wonder why it looks that way. Well, we only see the real Daisy appear when Emma briefly possesses her and not a second afterwards. Considering what Emma is like, who's to say she didn't actually kill Daisy in that timeframe and tear her corpse in half (or worse kill her by ripping her in half) before creating the VIRUS counterpart?

Fridge Logic:

  • As seen during Entity01's invasion, the curse is shown visibly possessing Peach in order to create and spawn her VIRUS counterpart, and Word of God says that the same thing happened with Daisy. So presumably, this means that the curse had to have did the same with Mario, Luigi, Wario, etc, meaning they all would've ended up being face-to-face with their VIRUS counterparts since that's what happened with Peach. Yet somehow Wario, Waluigi, Mario, and Luigi were able to survive their encounters.
