Fridge Brilliance

  • Why is Neito Monoma half-French since he isn’t in canon? Partly because blue eyes and blond hair is Anime short hand for European ancestry but also because of his canon interest in Franco-Belgian comics which are rather obscure and niche outside of Europe
  • If Tokoyami gotten his quirk around age four like most people or age three if he was an early bloomer, that's when Dark Shadow was technically born. No wonder Dark Shadow acts so immaturely, he's technically three-four years younger than Tokoyami, making him eleven-twelve years old!

Fridge Horror

  • Let’s better hope that no one makes any more major revelations or plans at the Midoriya household or outside the Aery office, considering that All for One is having them watched at all times.
  • Neito can see that Izuku has multiple quirks as a side effect of Copy, right? Well let's hope that he won't see a Noumu or worse All for One, anytime soon! Or he's gonna have a bad time...
  • Considering how Ryu treats Aoi, a freaking diplomat to France, he must have a massive entitlement complex.
  • Since Endeavor didn't realize any of what he did is abuse i.e., the martial rape, the emotional abuse, the micromanaging of his children's lives, the abusive training....Endeavor's childhood must've been really messed up.
    • Considering how Endeavor treats the women of his life (i.e. Fuyumi, Rei, and Inko) is very misogynistic and he picked up his attitudes from his father....Endeavor's mother must have had a bad time...
  • Endeavor did the exact same things that Shouto did during the beginning of the Sports Festival Arc with his own father. Had Shouto not had his siblings or his friends, he might have of turned out exactly like his father.
  • Despite reconciling with her in-laws, Kiyome still hasn't contacted her own parents. Which is telling to how bad their relationship was as Kiyome would rather live in poverty and fight the Heroics Commission to raise her son properly than speak to her parents ever again.
    • It's confirmed, and it's worse than suspected.
  • Kiyome and Hawks are referred to as Takamis despite it being Kiyome's maiden name. The Commission supposedly changed the name to be more marketable (a common tactic for actors in real life); however, with the reveal of the Takamis selling off Kiyome and Hawks, it has darker connotations. The Takamis stripped their daughter and grandson's identities in order to live off of their fame.

Fridge Logic

  • Within the context of the fic, Inko is a Yuuei alumnus as a Management student with a best friend who was a Support student and knew of the General Education Department. Which she never thinks to mention to her son. Her son who poured blood, sweat, and tears into training himself and almost literally killed himself trying to get into the Heroics Department. Maybe it would have helped the both of them for her to tell him that she knew what he was going through and that there was other departments he could get into with his intelligence? Seriously, in hindsight, Izuku was in the right about their relationship problems if Inko never mentioned nor considered talking to him about her past and his other options at Yuuei.
