Why is Chad able to use force lightning? Because, Chad just fell into lava. Where as, Darth Vader lost all his limbs and had to have them replaced with prosthetics weak to lightning.
There's also the fact that Chad received his suit and helmet from his "famous brother". Given that Darth Vader canonically hated his life support suit (comparing wearing it to being buried alive), what does that say about Chad's relationship with his sibling?
