Fridge / Barbie and the Secret Door

• Fridge Brilliance: Malucia seems to have gotten off pretty lightly, with being forced to clean up her mess as her only punishment. However, she did lose her magic-draining scepter, and thus won't be able to pose as much of a threat to Zinnia. And if she did try something, Alexa promised to visit Zinnia when she could, and has tons of magic now.
• Fridge Horror:
  • In the ending, Malucia's parents chide her for trying to take over the kingdom "again." Who's to say she won't try again after Alexa leaves?
  • Would Malucia have drained her parents' magic when they returned?
  • Further to that: the explosion of the scepter seems to give Alexa enough magic to rejuvenate everything and then some. The movie implies that magic is finite, so what the hell happened?
• Fridge Logic: Why is the fairy the one named Nori? It'd make a Punny Name if she were the mermaid, as Nori is Japanese for seaweed.
  • They already did that joke with Mermaidia.
