It's Halloween, and Dora Vogel has learned that she's pregnant. While distraught, she still tries to attend a party with her boyfriend. However, as she's waiting for him, a group of trick-or-treaters show up. They don't want candy, they want her baby. As Dora tries to survive the onslaught of evil children, she starts to notice her own child is growing unusually quickly...

- Gainax Ending: Crazy stuff happens, and Dora wakes up with her mom in the hospital. She is then stabbed by her mother and wakes up again, this time seeing children in a maternity ward. And then one of the Hellions' voice is heard. The end.

- Humanoid Abomination: While it's never explained what exactly the children are, this is the most likely answer. They only appear when there's a blood moon on Halloween, they can control the weather, destroy technology and cast psychologically tormenting illusions, and they kidnap women and rip their fetuses out whenever they show up. They are unusually weak to salt, which melts them. All this while looking like children in homemade costumes.
- Invasion of the Baby Snatchers: The children reveal that they want Dora's baby, and their MO is abducting women and giving them fatal C-sections to get the babies. They never explain what exactly is done with said babies.
- Master of Illusion: The children have the ability to tap into people's psyches and create illusions to lure them out so they can be captured.
