These are recommendations made by Tropers for The Saga of Tanya the Evil fanfics, all of which have to be signed to stay on the page. Feel free to add a fanfic of your own to the list, but remember to use the template found here.
You can also add to the current recommendations if you want. Refrain from posting Conversation in the Main Page though; that goes in the discussion page. No-name recommendations will be zapped. Nobody would back up the rec. Discussion of the recommendation is welcome on the discussion page. As such discussion is important, do remember to add the discussion page to the watchlist, if need be.

- Comments: jacobk manages to capture the spirit of the novels in this depiction of Tanya's political career and everything comes out both hilarious and awesome. - Synopsis: Desperate to end the war and escape the dangers of the front line, Tanya decides to push her orders to the limit to strike a decisive blow. Unfortunately, she succeeds a bit too well, and finds herself on the wrong side of the law. Still, it's not all bad. Surely a reasonable and intelligent person like herself will have no trouble restoring herself to the status of a law-abiding citizen in good standing. Right?

We Are Each Our Own Devil by Victoria Kay

- Synopsis: As the Great War ends, Tanya Degurechaff sets out to create the peaceful, stable life she always dreamed about. She can't chance another world war ruining it. All she needs to prevent that is to convince an ally on the General Staff to see things her way. Luckily, that shouldn’t be difficult. After all, there’s always been one officer who’s been on her side – Erich von Lehrgen.
- Comments: A more personal take on Tanya that follows her through the ups and downs of post-war life and the ins and outs of her relationships, that nonetheless manages to keep her in-character.
- For all of its quality, this is a very slow burn of a story. Even after it crested 300K words, the advertised main pairing has yet to even begin and in-universe years have passed after thirty or so chapters. It's an enjoyable read (especially if you enjoy Tanya and Lergen working at cross purposes and their reactions to each other), but you'll need to be especially patient for the main draw.

- Synopsis: An unofficial continuation of A Young Woman's Political Record crossed with Kancolle, Chancellor Tanya Degurechaff had finally done it. She'd defeated the communists, won WWII, and brought Germania out on the other side stronger than ever before. So then why does she feel so on edge? The reason, it turns out, is because not hours after the ink is dry on the new peace treaty than does her grand fleet of diplomatic escorts for her and her allies get whisked away in the midst of a furious storm into another very familiar world. Though Tanya has to admit, she doesn't remember a pitched war between the demonic spirits of warships long past and the souls of noble vessels reincarnated as hilariously well-armed quirky girls. Fortunately, she's not alone. Now if only she could get her own ships to stop calling her "mother".
- Comments: This fic crosses an AU Kancolle 'verse with the AU Youjo Senki 'verse created by Jacobk, and does a good job maintaining the feeling of Jackobk's version of Tanya. There are lots of shoutouts to the AYWPR, including many of the Germanian shipgirls looking exactly like the Tanya von Wolf character from a popular AYWPR omake.

- Synopsis: "Formulae magic was nice too. When I wasn’t being shot at. It was convenient. Even fun at times. Tch. And just when things were finally looking up… honestly, I wouldn’t have minded staying like that."
That was the last thought Tanya had in her second world.
Confirmed. Unique Skill: Formulaic Casting successfully acquired. Notice: Current body of Tanya von Degurechaff exhibits traits of physical, mental, and spiritual damage. Constructing body… cleansing mental corruption… preserving soul… - Comments: A very funny yet faithful crossover to both works . Manages to show Tanya softening up and being not affected by Being X's mental corruption as she grows to care for Tempest while still being recognizably her, and does Mary's own character justice by showing her as more than a Holier Than Thou tool of Being X. The Slime side of things doesn't really change as much, but their interactions with Tanya and Mary feel in-character and are well-worth reading for.
