- Pairing(s): Main one is Fuutarou/Yotsuba, hinting the possibility of others .
- Comments: Takes place right on the manga's endpoint, as Fuutarou and Yotsuba head for their honeymoon while the rest of her sisters tag along. If you're looking for a story that seeks to give everyone a proper closure, this is just what you need.
The Quintessential Quintuplets: Marching Towards the Wedding Bells by Miimbot

- Synopsis: Following the events of the manga, Futaro and the Nakano sisters progress into the next stage of their life: adulthood. Who would have thought college, work, and even relationships could be so confusing, messy, and awkward! Follow Futaro and the Quintuplets over the next five years of their lives immediately after graduation.
- Pairing(s): Fuutarou/Yotsuba.
- Comments: The story begins right after graduation, and follows the adventures and misadventures of Fuutarou and the Nakanos in the years prior to the eventual wedding. There's a lot that can happen in the interlude.
Five Equal Angels by Hieda no Akyuu

- Status: Ongoing.
- Synopsis: Alternate retelling of the original manga. With more than just tutoring skills at his disposal, Uesugi Fuutarou is hired to guide the Quintuplets to graduation, but this time there is more to it than just tutoring and more at stake than simply avoiding academic failure.
- Comments: An AU story where Fuutarou isn't just the Nakano's tutor, but also a mage-for-hire and has to act as their bodyguard. A very interesting take if you're looking for something outside the typical slice-of-life from canon.

- Status: Ongoing.
- Synopsis: An alternative route to the ending of the manga. The distant chimes of wedding bells signal the end of a long journey, but what of its many beginnings? Before that fateful day are five long years spent at the cusp of adolesence and adulthood, and Uesugi Fuutarou begins his life with the one who will always stay by his side.
- Pairing(s): Fuutarou/Ichika.
- Comments: Diverges from canon during the last festival, with Fuutarou's choice being Ichika. Their story follows their new life as Ichika's acting career and Fuutarou begins his tenure as a Tokyo University student. Of course, the rest of the Nakano's aren't left behind, and they'll still be around to follow whenever they can. There's a lot that can happen in the five years before the wedding.
The 5 Sisters Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love-You by LanceSennin

- Synopsis: Fuutarou Uesugi was just a normal teen who wants to graduate and have a job like any normal person, until he gets cur—blessed by the God of Love who tells him that he will meet his soulmate in high school. But that's not all! He'll have FIVE soulmates and he must make all of them happy, or they'll die.
- Pairing(s): Fuutarou/Harem
- Comments: As you can guess by the title, this story takes the premise from The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You, and makes Fuutarou the (un)fortunate target for the God of Love's antics, with the Nakano sisters being the receivers. Main difference is that this story prioritizes quality over quantity for the harem. Plenty of laughs and fluff all over.
