- Synopsis: Maleficent saw the loophole that stared her in the face. Prince Phillip would break the curse in time, for sure. After all, he was betrothed to Aurora. So in an effort for her evil plan to stay in action, Maleficent takes care of the young prince herself. Phillip never imagined having to live off the land like the birds above. Alternate twist on the classic Disney tale.

- Comments: This story is perhaps one of the sweetest Aurora/Phillip fanfics I've ever read. Being an AU, it manages to focus on and develop Aurora and Phillip's relationship quite beautifully. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a good story with a twist that takes an already-established couple one step further from canon.

- Synopsis: Happy-Ever-After takes some getting used to.

- Comments: There are some really nice stories about Briar Rose and her relationship to her new name and role, but most of them are really sad (which they are allowed to be, it's a topic with plenty of room for that) but softie as I am, tend to be more drawn to this one: It's hopeful.

- Synopsis: A gender-bend version of Sleeping Beauty. Prince Rory of Glairwen is cursed by a vengeful sorcerer to sleep for all eternity. The Princess Petra might be his only chance at True Love's Kiss—but what is True Love? Does it happen at first sight, or does it run far deeper? Based upon the popular Disney movie, but with original content as well.

- Unlike the fanfic below, this one has nearly all the characters' gender-swapped.
- The story is apparently finished, but the author stated that he'll add in an epilogue, which he's yet to post.
