In Viceroy, Taylor is locked into the Boiler Room instead of the locker, and as a result, gains the power to spawn Visorak.
When Taylor Hebert got powers she gained the ability to become a hero. Now if only her minions would stop telling her to murder all her enemies.

Viceroy contains examples of:
- Always a Bigger Fish: Apparently there are forces in the cosmos that pose a serious threat to the Entities.
- Blade Below the Shoulder: Sophia on one hand after her mutation.
- Body Horror: Sophia after her Hordika mutation.
- Creepy Good: Taylor controls the Visorak, but is doing her best to be a hero.
- Discard and Draw: Sophia loses her breaker state, but gains a Rhotuka that turns the target into a quickly dissolving shadow, in addition to her physical boosts.
- Engineered Public Confession: Taylor tricks Sophia into admitting to locking her into the boiler room and records it on phones the janitor stole.
- Eye Scream: Sophia gouges out one of the eyes of the Visorak that tries to capture her.
- Fully-Embraced Fiend: Unlike the Toa Hordika, Sophia is not fighting her new Hordika instincts in the slightest, instead embracing her new nature.
- Genetic Memory: Taylor's Visorak seem to remember Matoran Universe events somehow, or at least have knowledge of them.
- Giant Spiders: The Visorak, of course.
- Hoist by Their Own Petard: In this fic, Eden found a fragment of the Great Spirit robot that was hurtled into deep space when Teridax was killed, including Energized Protodermis, which Eden killed herself experimenting with.
- Meaningful Rename: Sophia eventually renames herself Konihi, which means "predator".
- Mechanical Lifeform: Armmaster notes that the Visorak have nanomachines as a natural part of their biology.
- Mook Maker: Taylor can spawn Visorak. Interestingly, they seem to remember Matoran Universe events.
- That Man Is Dead: Konihi refers to Sophia in the past tense.
- Undying Loyalty: The Visorak towards Taylor, willing to kill themselves if she wishes it.
- Voice Changeling: Taylor has an Oohnorak mimic Sophia's voice to get Emma to unlock the boiler room door.
- What If?: A major factor in Taylor's differing powerset this time around is the Trio locking her in the school boiler room instead of the locker.
