The Bloody Fates is a RWBY fanfic story collaborated between Archangel Ketsuki
, Luke Braniff and Kaon Secrets, published on Wattpad since November 2019, and can be read here.
This fanfic follows the RWBY timeline, yet events differ in several aspects. The story begins with the train heist (from the Black Trailer), following the characters Luke, Alastor/Arkangel (depends) and Kaon; Kaon and Luke join Beacon Academy to uncover a possible attack on Beacon, while Alastor stays behind to confront Adam Taurus about their recent methods.
As they begin to enter Beacon, Luke appears to be known by a lot of female students (The collaborator is a fricking harem dude, his co-collaborators attempted to change this, but to no success... Just why tho, it always means they get laid with every girl- like WTF! It doesn't make any d*** sense!). Kaon would appear out of nowhere and get shot by a stunning round which would trigger Kaon's first Running Gag: Falling down from a high elevation and ending up in pain (For a comedic purpose).
The Bloody Fates provides examples of:
- Batman Grabs a Gun: Arkangel has always sworn not to kill... Yet after his apparent betrayal from Adam Taurus, that moral was temporarily thrown out the window.
- My God, What Have I Done?: When Arkangel's allies see what has become of him, they try and snap him out of it... After some time, they manage to bring Ark back from the path of vengeance.
- Was Too Hard on Him: When Luke left everyone and headed to Altas, with the Relic of Knowledge in his hand, without telling anyone. Kaon felt he has started the problem (striking Luke square in the face and scolding him about the legends of the relics), and caused Luke to leave in frustration.
