Renovations is a My Hero Academia Fanfic written by Fang_21.
Izuku is not Quirkless. He instead has the power to manipulate matter. It is just like the Quirk Overhaul, but Izuku decides to name it Renovate.

- Abled in the Adaptation: Unlike canon, All Might is fully healed of his debilitating injuries.
- Adaptation Deviation: There are changes to the Sports Festival:
- The story adds a fourth hazard to the Obstacle Course, being the electrified wires, called Electric Judgement.
- The second event switches out the Calvary Battle to an event where different teams have to fight each other for headbands in a specially built arena and deliver them to a drop-off point to move on.
- Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: Himiko is adopted into the Midoriyas and becomes Izuku's sister.
- Adaptational Badass: Izuku has Overhaul, or a slightly different version called Renovate. 'Nuff said.
- Adaptational Context Change: Aizawa still expels his entire previous class, but it's for a better reason that simply them not measuring up to his standards. They deliberately injured themselves to get out of taking part in the Sports Festival, which was inappropriate behaviour for aspiring heroes.
- Adaptational Superpower Change: Izuku has Overhaul instead of being Quirkless. However, he calls it Renovate.
- Age Lift: Nejire Hadou is a first-year student instead of a third-year, meaning she's the same age as Izuku and the others.
- Atomic Superpower: Renovate in a nutshell. It's explained in the fic that it can freely change atomic bonds, and can manipulate the position of atoms, but can't create atoms from scratch.
- Demoted to Extra: Mineta is relegated to the General Course.
- Fantastic Science: The author applies this to Quirks.
- Point of Divergence: Since Izuku was the one to tell everyone to calm down during the press break-in, he does not give up his Class Representative position.
- Shut Up, Hannibal!: When Mineta complains about the exam being biased towards flashy Quirks, Hagakure retorts her Quirk is just invisibility, and she still passed. She concludes that Mineta just wasn't good enough.
- Slumber Party: After the USJ incident, Momo invites Izuku and Ochako to sleep over at her mansion.
- Super-Senses: Renovate allows Izuku to figure out a lot of things about what he handles through touch alone.
- The Svengali: Aldera tells Izuku and Katsuki they can both be great heroes and insists they do it. Of course, they want to be heroes anyway, but the behaviour of Aldera's teachers raises so many red flags in Inko's mind.
- Throwing Off the Disability: Because of the medical applications of Renovate, Izuku is able to help All Might recover from his injuries.
