So, as customary, it takes place in a world where all fictional characters can go after their story ended where Sarah Williams and Christine Daaé room together, just over their respective stalkers. It focuses on the Sarah / Jareth relationship and also on Sarah's sudden dreams about a possible future and how they all cope with that.
