When Izuku and Ochako team up to stop a villain whose Quirk allows him to create documents that manipulate his victims' memories when they sign them, the two heroes think the best way to stop him is to sign the document themselves before the villain and his would-be victim can. They succeed, but the document, a marriage certificate, alters Izuku and Ochako's memories to believe they are a married couple.

This fanfic contains examples of:
- Battle Couple: After being affected by the villain's Quirk, Izuku and Ochako are now capable of working together more efficiently than before. Their classmates are surprised at seeing the two use their Quirks so fluidly together.
- Fake Memories: Izuku and Ochako's Quirk-altered memories are quite extensive: they believe that they entered a relationship after Ochako's match with Bakugo at the Sports Festival and kept said relationship a secret due to Izuku's fear about screwing the relationship up and they decided to elope after Sir Nighteye's death. This also extends to their muscle memory as the two are now capable of working together much more efficiently. They also have memories of being physically intimate with each other, which their female classmates find out the hard way when the two make love in Ochako's dorm room. It's also implied that in their modified memories of events, Izuku told Ochako about One For All as shown when they both freeze up at Todoroki mentioning that All Might doesn't really bring up his family or Quirk when asked by reporters and when Ochako references one of the Quirks that Izuku inherited from the previous users of One For All.
- Shameless Fanservice Girl: When Ochako brings Izuku into women's bathroom to wash up, followed by their female classmates, Ochako forgoes wearing a towel like everyone else, having no problem being completely naked in front of her classmates, especially her "husband".
- Violently Protective Girlfriend: Ochako is willing to punch Bakugo in the face as payback for him bullying Izuku.
