Charting Out Your Destiny is a Danny Phantom and Young Justice (2010) crossover story, in which Vlad steals the Infi-Map once more, and accidentally stabs it when Danny tries to reclaim it. This results in Danny being sent to Earth-16, unable to find a way home.

The author has also written Charting Out Your search Destiny: Bonus Stuff, consisting of things like cut scenes

  • Absence of Evidence: Part of what draws Batman's attention to Vlad's bank robberies is the utter lack of any concrete evidence as to how the robberies were committed.
  • Costume Evolution: He needs some help from the League's magic users, since it's a part of his ghost form, but Danny gets an update to his costume here. For one, he has a utility belt now, and he can maintain a color-inverted version when knocked out or drained.
  • Foreshadowing: When the scene cuts to the perspective of Danny's friends after he gets sent to Earth-16, Vlad is nowhere in sight, and is nowhere to be found in his mansion when they go look for him and Danny there. That combined with a news report of strange robberies hints that Vlad was sent to Earth-16 as well.
  • Goofy Print Underwear: While Superman is on a call with Lois, Danny stops a group of criminals, tying one up in an ice cage with his own belt, causing his pants to slip down to reveal pink teddy bear boxers.
  • Kryptonite Factor: Danny, being supernatural, is affected by Nth Metal.
  • Internal Reveal: With Danny gone, Sam and Tucker are forced to tell Jack and Maddie about him being Phantom, and they later encounter Dani and learn that she's Danny's clone.
  • Power Misidentification: For a while the League and Light have no idea what Danny is or how can do what he can, so they make a few assumptions, like assuming that he's a Martian using density shifting instead of intangibility or that he has a Green Lantern Ring. Lobo in particular keeps calling him a "Marta" every time they meet.
  • Running Gag:
    • Green Arrow freaking out over Danny's powers or otherwise getting annoyed or spooked by him.
    • Lobo keeps calling Danny a Martian.
  • Set Right What Once Went Wrong: Clockwork has apparently been working behind the scenes to sabotage the Light's schemes, among other things. Most notably he provided evidence that proved the Justice League was being controlled during their off-world attacks, nixing the Rimbor trial plot, and made sure that Kara was found by the heroes.
  • Shooting Superman: After Danny disarms a group of crooks, even phasing their guns into the ground, one of them tries to punch him, and when that doesn't work another one pulls out a dagger, as if he couldn't just phase through that too.
  • Shout-Out:
    • Danny is inspired to destroy Amazo by overshadowing it and using it to break itself from a Pixar marathon with Jazz that included The Incredibles.
    • Jazz starts reading the first book of the Adventurers Wanted series with Dani.
    • Danny calls Green Arrow "Hawkeye'' when he mentions the Atrocious Alias the Amity media gave him.
  • Trapped in Another World: Danny is sent to Earth-16 by Vlad stabbing the Infi-Map, leaving him stuck there because of the damage keeping him from using it to return home. It's later revealed that Vlad ended up there as well.
  • Wrong Context Magic: Danny's ectoplasm-based powers are unlike anything that the Justice League has seen before.
