Blood & Bone is a My Hero Academia fanfic by obliv_ia1.

Ochako Uraraka, after growing tired of her life as an unpresented werewolf in an all human society, goes back to her roots. Staying with her mother over several months, Ochako learns more about herself and her culture just as war is brewing on the horizon with her past coming with it.

Blood & Bone contains examples of the following tropes:

These Folders contain Spoilers, Be Careful!

     A-E temporarily
Alpha and Beta Wolves: Established early on in the fic with the Betas acting as back up to the alphas in the story. The Bakusquad plus Momo serve as the Betas where as Todoroki and Bakugou are the alphas.
All of the Other Reindeer: Ochako is bullied heavily throughout her childhood and teen years for being unpresented, which leads her to severe self-image issues especially when she does inevitably present.
Because Destiny Says So: Literally. Just as werewolves are real, so are soulmarks, though they're exclusively for presented Weres and a bite from your soulmate onto your soulmark bonds you for life.
Big Beautiful Woman: One of the main tags on the fic is "Chubby Ochako Uraraka" and, obviously, Uraraka coming into her own and coming to love her body is one of the main highlights of the story.
Everyone Can See It: Just about everyone in the story can sense Uraraka's bond to the main three boys, including the boys themselves, but due to Uraraka being unpresented this is something she can only speculate about. Heavily.
Child of Forbidden Love: Ochako is a human-were hybrid and is bullied and abused heavily for this throughout her childhood, leaving her with a disconnect from Were culture. While her mother is alive, it's said that her father died at some point before her birth.

Love at First Sight:
Polyamory:
Our Werewolves Are Different: These guys, instead of shifting into werewolves on a full moon, can simply shift into wolf form at will. Not to mention that being in their wolf-form doesn't make them any less civil or sentient, and when they are less-than-nice it's usually pertained to that one character's trait. (ie bakugou)

Relationship Labeling Problems: In later chapters as Uraraka, Bakugou, Izuku, and Todoroki become incredibly close and the three are still holding onto the secret that Uraraka is their fourth soulmate, Uraraka is the one who presents their problem: What are they? While she knows they're far too close to be just friends, she doesn't quite know what to classify their polycule as.
Second-Act Breakup: Temporarily. When war begins to reach its nearing point, Bakugou, Todoroki and Izuku push Uraraka away for her own safety so she isn't attacked, but Uraraka interprets this as them not trusting her to be able to fight alongside them and is hurt. This is quickly resolved however, when after days of separation making the four sick, Ochako runs into the battle line to coax the League wolves to join their side.
