WARNING: A lot of these happen in every single episode. Therefore, it is not recommended that you do this drinking game with alcoholic beverages.

• Whenever Iggy does his Annoying Laugh, drink.
• Take a sip every time Lemmy mentions candy. Do not do this with alcohol if you value your liver.
• Whenever the Shoop Da Woop face or the Trollface appear, drink.
• Whenever Birdo creepily harasses Yoshi in an episode, drink.
• Take a shot every time Luigi is suffering and being humiliated in any way. Good luck trying to not get alcohol poisoning.
• Take a shot every time Larry mentions his crush on Wendy.
• Exclusive to Season 1 and early Season 2: Take a shot every time someone says the f-slur (that being faggot).
• Take a shot whenever Messenger cries.
• Take a shot whenever a random Pokémon appears.
• Take a shot whenever Wendy uses a firearm.
• If an episode features low-quality footage from a Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros. game recorded with a phone, down the entire glass.
• Whenever the show takes a jab at One Direction, drink.
• Whenever Iggy, Roy and Ludwig are seen beating up Lemmy, drink.
• Whenever the Koopalings have a "spinning war", drink.
• Take a shot every time Bowser abuses his kids, whether that'd be verbally, physically or emotionally. Finish your drink if the kid he abused was Wendy.
• Take a shot every time Carl dies, take two if there is a fake-out before the death.
• Take a shot for every spelling mistake you find in the subtitles.
• Take a shot every time you hear a sound effect that is clearly being done by a human voice. Take two shots if it's the explosion sound effect or the censor sound effect.
• Down an entire bottle in sheer disbelief whenever the episode ends with no real resolution or the ending abuses Status Quo Is God. We do not take responsibility if you suffer from liver failure before you finish Season 3.
• Take a shot every time a character randomly explodes, only to come back alive the next episode.
• Take a shot every time a character makes fun of Roy's weight. Take two if it's not from Morton, Wendy, or Bowser.
• Whenever Ludwig talks about his "sexy hair", drink.
• When something doesn't make sense either through biology, law, or the laws of physics, drink. You might want to have an ambulance on standby.
