The Foundation Administrator is the last in a line of people working to find a way to defeat it, and they do find a way, though it's hardly ideal. The Administrator does it by creating a Conceptual Space, a sort of idea-room where everything exists solely as information, which visually resembles a bar. Since it only partially exist, Entropy will come for it last, and once it does, it will attempt to enter through the "path of least resistance". Specifically, the Administrator leaves a tiny place in the concept where the black moon can exist, shaped like a human. And just to top it of, since the universe is officially wiped out, he then presses a button he had prepared for just this occasion, declaring "[[RestartTheUniverse Let there be Light]]".

This lead to an arrangement involving all Foundation and Hand members except O5-6 and an unnamed Hand member having their memories wiped and being told that SCP-2950 was an exceptionally comfy chair trapping it in that form forever]].
