Pokemon Outforce was a planned fan game to be created by MitchellProductions, with many ideas written in April 2016, but the production has never started partially due to being Distanced from Current Events (Pokémon Uranium takedown) and Executive Meddling.
Based on the writing, this game is set in the Harmonias Region, and includes no original Pokemon, but moves, abilities, and mega evolutions. It also includes information about the Pokemon League and Battle Frontier.
This unpublished work provides examples from the plans:
- Author Avatar: Ace, the league champion and important character during the story.
- Evil Knockoff: Dark Ace, a ghostlike figure who has emerged from Ace's "fears, hatred, and traumas".
- Public Domain Soundtrack: The game would have included music from royalty-free sources, and the Newgrounds Audio Library that zig zags this trope.
- Stock Sound Effects: Averted by the proposed usage of self-created synthetic sound effects on various computer programs.
