Victor Monroe Armstrong (born on October 5, 1946 in Farnham Common) is a British film director, stunt coordinator and world's most prolific stunt double, according to the Guinness Book of Records. He began his career as a double for Harrison Ford in the Indiana Jones movies. Apparently, he was very hard to differentiate from Ford, so much that the filming crew would c onstantly confuse the two.He wrote a memoir in 2011, called My Life as Indiana Jones, James Bond, Superman and Other Action Heroes: The True Adventures of the World's Greatest Stuntman .
His nephew Jesse V. Johnson is also a stuntman and a director.
