Tsutomu Kashiwakura (Kashiwakura Tsutomu, born March 1, 1966 in Sagamihara, Kanagawa) is a Japanese voice actor who started his career in The '80s by playing quite a wide variety of supporting roles, from Hot-Blooded males to Smug Snakes. As he grew Older and Wiser, though, he took a leaf from Akira Kamiya's book and turned towards voice directing and voice acting training.
