Noble Henry Willingham, Jr. (August 31, 1931- January 17, 2004) was an American actor and best known for his many film and television appearances, including Walker, Texas Ranger.
He left Walker, Texas Ranger to run for congress but lost the election.
Wiilingham died in 2004 while sleeping from a heart attack.
