Laff is a broadcast digital subchannel in the United States created by Katz Broadcasting. As its name implies, this channel focuses on comedy, specifically sitcoms from the 1990's and early 2000's. Movies are featured sparingly on weekends and now weekday mornings. The idea for this channel came from the success of Bounce TV and would serve as a testing ground for its future sister station Grit. Originally, Katz reached a deal where it would be carried by ABC-owned stations, but in 2021 would begin to move off of there and under Ion Television channels.
While most former series simply had their rights expire, Roseanne was taken off after racist tweets by its star Roseanne Barr towards former President Barack Obama.
In addition to airing over-the-air, the channel can also be found on Xfinity, Dish Network, and Sling TV providers.
