Kelsey Asbille Chow (born September 9, 1991 in Columbia, South Carolina) is an American actress. She was billed as Kelsey Chow from the start of her career up through 2017, and began using her middle name as part of her stage name afterwards. She is best known for her roles in The Wine Of Summer, Yellowstone, and Fargo: Season Four.

Asbille is a graduate of Columbia University. She has been in a relationship with British actor William Moseley since 2012.
