Kai Taschner (born August 25, 1957) is a German actor and voice actor.
Son of Herbert Taschner, a film editor, he was put on the path of an acting career very early, starting with his first role on a movie set with Stunde Null directed by Edgar Reitz when he was only 15-years old.
He later went on a voice-acting career and voiced over 600 roles in both live-actions and animated movies and series, as well as video games.
He is a notable figure of the Slasher Movie genre, having voiced Ghostface in Scream as well as the leprechaun from, well, Leprechaun in all their movies appearances. He is also the voice of Charles Lee Ray a.k.a. Chucky since Bride of Chucky and the following movies.
In animation, he's Professor Frink, and later Mr. Burns in The Simpsons and Rick Sanchez from Rick and Morty. In the Video Game department, he is the voice of Jim Raynor from Starcraft and Handsome Jack in Borderlands.
