Julius W. Harris (August 17, 1923 – October 17, 2004) was an American actor.

He served in the US Army during World War II and worked after the war as a nurse and a bouncer. He entered the acting world in 1964, playing Ivan Dixon’s father in the independent drama Nothing But a Man. Harris was a busy actor during the Blaxploitation era, appearing in such films as Shaft's Big Score, Superfly, and Black Caesar. James Bond fans know him as the hook-handed villain Tee-Hee Johnson in Live and Let Die.

Harris died of heart failure in 2004, survived by two children.
