Jack Davenport (born 1 March 1973 in London, England) is an English actor best known for roles as Miles in This Life, Steve in Coupling, and Commodore Norrington in Pirates of the Caribbean.
He is the son of actors Nigel Davenport and Maria Aitken. He's married since 2000 to fellow actor Michelle Gomez, of Doctor Who, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Bad Education fame. They have a son, born in 2010.
