Hajnarus is a popular and prolific fanartist for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure franchise by Hirohiko Araki, particularly Stardust Crusaders. Her works are best known for the many, many comic dubs (some of which are surprisingly high quality) and her fan animations. Though most of her comics are light-hearted, the more serious one-shots can be quite sad.

Tropes:

  • Attractive Bent-Gender: Played with. Kakyoin looks ridiculous in Joseph's old tequila disguise. The bad guys still fall for it, however.
  • Always a Bigger Fish: Joseph holds up Iggy and asks if Dio would ever hurt a dog. When Dio says that he hates dogs and would kill them all if he had the chance, a loud rumbling is heard and a very angry Kars suddenly descends back to the Earth from space.
Kars: What did you say...about dogs?
  • Children Are Innocent: Little Jolyne is so innocent she believes Kakyoin in a mermaid because he has red hair like Ariel and gives him a Joestar "birthmark" by attacking him with a star-shaped paper punch.
  • Cool Old Lady: Lisa Lisa when she visits baby Jotaro and teaches him how make a "war face".
  • Deadly Prank: Joseph pretends to be possessed by Dio, but instead of getting angry, Jotaro has a heart attack and dies, complete with his soul floating out of his body.
  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: Jotaro and Kakyoin with Polnareff being their adult co-best friend.
  • No Hugging, No Kissing: Every interaction between anyone except married couples is treated as 100% platonic. There's plenty of non-romantic hugs, however.
  • Insult Backfire: Jotaro's criticisms of Jolyne's new outfit fall apart pretty quickly when he points out HIS highly questionable fashion choices.
  • Intergenerational Friendship: Josuke immediately takes a shine to Kakyoin after he learns that he plays videogames.
  • Mistaken for Dyed: In this comic, two mean boys accuse a young Kakyoin (who has red hair) of dyeing his hair because most Japanese people have black hair. When he says it's not dyed, they accuse him of wearing a wig, and then start ripping out handfuls of his hair trying to find his "real" hair color. Fortunately, Hierophant Green is able to drive them off.
  • One Head Taller: Kakyoin with Jotaro, Joseph, Dio, and many other characters. It's frequently lampshaded for comedic purposes.
  • Parental Substitute: Jotaro takes the Morioh gang to an amusement park.
  • Shout-Out: In this comic, young Jonathan prays for a brother, just like Lilo prays for a friend in Lilo & Stitch. Cut to young Dio standing in front of a roaring flame and holding two knives gleefully while shouting, "WRRRYYYYYYYYYYYY!"
  • Sitcom Arch-Nemesis: Josuke and Rohan. They even turn into hissing cats every morning!
  • Spared by the Adaptation: Many of the comics aren't canon compliant and show characters like Kakyoin and more recently, Caesar as alive and healthy well into future parts.
  • Stealth Pun: In one comic, Jolyne tries to give Kakyoin a Joestar birthmark with a star-shaped seaweed cutter. Nori is the Japanese word for seaweed, and Kakyoin's first name is Noriaki.
  • True Companions: The Crusaders to an even greater extent than in canon considers the comics focus more on their daily lives outside of fighting enemy stand users.
