Frank Meschkuleit (born 1962) is a Canadian voice actor, puppeteer and comedian with roles in television, animation, and stage theater. He's most famous for his roles on The Noddy Shop, but is also known for voicing the leads in other children's series like Toopy and Binoo and the Animated Adaptation of The Dragon Series by Dav Pilkey.

- Buttonhole in Death Comes to Town (puppeteer)
- Dragon and The Narrator in The Dragon Series (voice)
- Junior Gorg in Fraggle Rock (suit actor for the fifth season)
- Puppeteer for Boober Fraggle, World's Oldest Fraggle and (in some episodes) Uncle Traveling Matt in Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, filling in for Dave Goelz (who still voices all three characters) due to COVID-19 restrictions. He also performs the voice and face of Pa Gorg.
