Donald Sumpter (born 13 February 1943 in Brixworth, England) is a British actor.
He has worked in film and television since the mid-1960s. This has included three separate appearances in Doctor Who, spanning from Patrick Troughton to Peter Capaldi, and the role of Maester Luwin in Game of Thrones.
