The titular protagonist, and current grandmaster of the Cosmo Beast Style.

• All Your Powers Combined: Can use the Cosmo Beast Style techniques of his fellow students Spicah, Pharood and Albeo, along with his Instructors Phoros and Tubahn.
• Amnesiac Hero: Has no memories beyond his name in relation to his past prior to crashing on planet D-60.
• Arch-Enemy: Absolute Diavolo became one to him for betraying his trust, destroying the Cosmo Beast Style purely to gain a Cosmo Beast for his own use, and capturing him.
  Regulos: You’ll pay for sullying the Cosmo Beast Style traditions.
• Badass Boast: Faces down Volcan with one after inheriting Cosmo Dragon and Cosmo Tiger.
  Regulos: I am… the Grandmaster of the Cosmo Beast Style. Regulos, of the Red Dragon White Tiger Fist.
  • He gives a more to the point version when facing down Absolute Diavolo.

• Badass in Distress: Is taken into captivity by the Absolutians after the events of his miniseries. He is found and broken out in The Destined Crossroad'.
• Don't Think, Feel: Inverted. Regulos is constantly told that he needs to control his emotions in order to become stronger.
• Finishing Move: On his own, Regulos combines the signature moves of the Red Dragon and White Tiger styles to perform the Red Dragon/White Tiger Kick.
  • By channeling the powers off all the Cosmo Beast Styles, he can perform the Cosmo Beast Monarch Strike, one of the few attacks able to overcome an Absolutian and (albeit temporary) fatally wound them.
• Fish out of Temporal Water: Gets transported from circa 1974 on Earth to 2020 on the world of the Ultra Medals.
• Good Counterpart: To the Parallel Isotopes of Belial and Tregear. All three of them were pulled out of their native timelines and brought to the present as part of the Absolutian’s plans to conquer the Land of Light. But whereas the other two were brought forward to serve as allies, and were significant players in the history of the multiverse, Regulos was previously unknown and was kept purely as a test subject.
• Remember the New Guy?: An old ally and sparring partner of Ultraman Leo and Astra, who was never mentioned until it was time for him to be saved from The Kingdom by pure happenstance.
• This Is Unforgivable!: Declares this regarding anyone who dares to hurt or kill his fellow Cosmo Beast Style practitioners. Volcan and Diavolo are the main subjects.
